Kleinke’s Farm has been in business since 1915. Today we grow produce and sell out of our early 1800’s Dutch barn! We are currently six generations strong.

We are a beyond organic and restorative farm specializing in Educational Programs (Herbalism, Organic Gardening, Cooking, Homesteading, and Permaculture), a Diverse and Gourmet CSA Program, Spring Seedlings and Plants (herbs, heirloom vegetables, natives, berries of all sorts, ferns, woodland plants, and unusual perennials), and eggs. Little Seed Gardens is a 97 acre family run farm in the town of Chatham in Columbia County, situated on rich bottomlands at the confluence of two creeks.
Roxbury Farm is a 375 acre integrated farm. We raise vegetables, hay, and livestock using sustainable farming practices. We use cover crops, green manures, crop rotation, and compost to build soil fertility in our vegetable fields. Our pigs are raised on certified organic grain and pasture. Our beef cattle and sheep are raised completely on grass; pasture in the summer and hay & baleage we make on the farm in the winter.
Shoving Leopard Farm is located on an historic Hudson Valley estate overlooking the Hudson River. I grow cut flowers and garlic without the use of synthetic pesticides or fertilizers, keep bees and chickens, and make maple syrup.
Our mission at 5 Spoke Creamery is to combine environmentally sound farming practices with traditional cheese making techniques to produce high quality raw milk cheeses capable of competing with the best cheeses made in the US.
