Lynnhaven is nestled at the foot of the Shawangunk Ridge in Pine Bush, New York. Our artisan cheeses are handcrafted in small batches with goat milk from our award winning herd of Nubian and Lamancha goats. A wide variety of soft cheeses is offered to please every palate.
Wild Lea Farm strives to produce high quality pasture raised, grass fed lamb and goat meat and fiber products that hold high regards to animal welfare, ecological consciousness and land regeneration.
We are Certified Organic and have been since 1999. Currently we raise grass-fed and finished Red Devon Beef, pastured Tamworth hogs, and pastured rock Cornish cross meat birds and eggs. It has been a family farm since 1938.
Our family farm is nested in the Helderberg Mountains of upstate New York and our White Dorper sheep graze stress-free on the lush rolling pastures and drink from our artesian well. In addition to planted legumes, they also have full free-choice access to minerals and salt. All of our lamb is antibiotic and pesticide-free.
