Sky High Farm is an independent local and operational model of sustainable agriculture. All vegetables and produce are grown without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides and the soil is enriched with compost made on-site. Production of beef, lamb, pork, chicken and eggs is integrated and raised in an organic model. Livestock is grass-fed and grazed using a intensive rotational management system.

Minkus Family Farms is a family owned and operated onion grower, packer, and distributor in the NY Metro area. We farm about 1500 acres in Orange County's famous Black Dirt Region.

Certified Naturally Grown produce (fruits and vegetables) on 15 acres.

Soukup Farms is a third generation family farm, producing and selling pure New York Maple Syrup.

Twin Ponds Nursery is a small nursery with a wide variety of ornamentals grown for cuts.

Lynnhaven is nestled at the foot of the Shawangunk Ridge in Pine Bush, New York. Our artisan cheeses are handcrafted in small batches with goat milk from our award winning herd of Nubian and Lamancha goats. A wide variety of soft cheeses is offered to please every palate.

Wild Lea Farm strives to produce high quality pasture raised, grass fed lamb and goat meat and fiber products that hold high regards to animal welfare, ecological consciousness and land regeneration.

We are Certified Organic and have been since 1999. Currently we raise grass-fed and finished Red Devon Beef, pastured Tamworth hogs, and pastured rock Cornish cross meat birds and eggs. It has been a family farm since 1938.

We raise rare and endangered breed pigs in Cambridge NY, such as the American Mulefoot.
