Art of Local

On March 31st we made our last stop on the road with "The Art of Local" in Orange County at Warwick Valley Winery and Distillery. Two true Orange County food artisans came together to create an amazing tasting. People got a chance to taste 9 different artisan cheeses from Edgwick Farm that were paired with selected wines and ciders from Warwick Valley Winery and Distillery. These pairings were picked to bring out the different flavors in both. Everyone had a chance to speak with the owners of Edgwick Farm and staff from Warwick Valley to ask questions and discuss the different pairings.
A wonderful time was had by everyone as they got to experience first hand, true food craftsmanship!
