If the term "hot stuff” refers to anything you cook, then the Hudson Valley Chili Cook-Off is made to order. This cooking contest Saturday, October 6th under a tent on the banks of the Hudson River in the Henry Hudson Park, is a perfect place to showcase a tried-and-true chili recipe, or to simply come to taste and vote for your favorite!

Taste of Hudson Valley Bounty Dinner

The culinary event of the season is back for its fifth round of delicious dishes at the Columbia County Fairgrounds. This annual get together will showcase all that is great about food of the Hudson Valley. Matchmakers from the Bounty program will put together terrific area chefs with produce contributed from equally expert farmers of the region to create the many 'tastes' of the Hudson Valley Bounty. Attendees of the highly-anticipated event will sample a variety of dishes ranging from appetizers and salads to desserts, wines and beers.
